A regulated EU buyer cannot sign off on a vendor whose headline capability is evading bot detection. The capability itself is the objection, regardless of how you intend to use it.
Documentation is thin
Evaluations repeatedly note sparse docs. For infrastructure you are meant to build a business on, that is a real cost.
Weak compliance surface
No meaningful attestation story for a buyer who needs a DPA, an AI Act record and eventually BSI C5.

Questions people actually ask
Could I use Browserberg for the same jobs?
Only if the target is not actively blocking you. Hyperbrowser's Ultra Stealth exists to get through anti-bot systems. We have no equivalent and are not building one, so a workload that depends on it will not move.
Is stealth actually a compliance problem, or just optics?
It is a real one. A vendor whose headline capability is evading bot detection becomes a recurring question in every security review, and in several regulated sectors it is enough to stop a purchase regardless of intended use.
What if I need both?
Then you need two vendors, and that is a legitimate architecture. Use them for the adversarial public web and us for the authenticated portals; the two workloads have almost nothing in common technically.

List which runs target accounts you control and which target the open web. Only the first group can move.
